Odaily Planet Daily News Sonic Labs (formerly Fantom) has published an article on the X platform explaining the Sonic Points program in detail, which mentions that users need to obtain Sonic Points by holding and using Allowlist assets in various Decentralized Finance applications. The types of points are as follows:
Passive Points: Obtained by holding Allowlist assets in a Web3 wallet (such as Rabby or MetaMask, including hardware wallets). Note: Assets held on centralized exchanges are not counted.
Activity Points: Obtain activity points by deploying Allowlist assets to participating DApps as liquidity. The two ways to earn points are independent of the application used. As long as you hold Allowlist assets or deploy them as liquidity for any participating application, you can earn points.
Dapps Points The airdrop includes a separate portion for developers, where DApps will compete for the allocation quota called Sonic Gems, which can be exchanged for S tokens and distributed to users through their custom point system.
