[CEX submits IPO application to SEC, plans to list on Nasdaq] The encryption platform CEX has announced that it has publicly submitted an S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to conduct an initial public offering (IPO) and intends to list Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "GEMI." The number of shares to be issued and the price range have yet to be determined, and the listing process depends on market and other conditions. Currently, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup are acting as lead underwriters, with Morgan Stanley and Cantor also participating in the underwriting. CEX was founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014 and now offers encryption products and services in over 60 countries worldwide.
