Odaily Planet Daily says Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, mentioned in a post on the X platform that members of the United States House of Representatives pointed out in their message to Gary Gensler, the chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, not only to ETFs associated with the Ethereum platform, but also to "other digital assets," which is interesting. It is interesting to see how far and fast the ETF industry can go in pushing boundaries (which is a good thing), and if members of the US Congress hold onto the loopholes of the Securities and Exchange Commission and provide different tokens to test regulatory boundaries, I hope there are no surprises.
