The four-day workweek officially helps prevent burnout and improves sleep.

Recently, one of the largest studies was published, in which 2,896 employees from 141 organizations in the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand were granted a fifth working day off with pay. All companies voluntarily participated in the trials and reduced the number of calls for workers.

The results turned out to be quite expected: sociologists noted that 67% of all participants felt much less fatigue, and 37% normalized their sleep.

• Useless calls that start as 30 minutes but turn into an hour;
• routine tasks that are most often not organized in a way that allows people to delegate them.

Activists are literally demanding employers to adopt the rules of the new corporate game, as it benefits the company. The bosses haven't realized this yet, but practice proves it once again.
