Foresight News reports that UK-listed company Satsuma (formerly Tao Alpha) has announced the completion of a £100 million ($136 million) private sale to accelerate its Bitcoin funding strategy. Additionally, the company will initiate a short-term third round of financing, which will be limited to individual investors that the company identifies as accredited investors in the U.S. The total amount of financing is expected to be no more than £10 million and is anticipated to be completed around July 28, 2025.
