🇺🇸 SEC officially accepts the ETF application combining Bitcoin & Ethereum from Trump Media (Truth Social), marking a new step in the wave of digital assets on Wall Street.
📊 This ETF will be listed on the NYSE Arca exchange, with the allocation structure:
🔹 75% Bitcoin (BTC)
🔹 25% Ethereum (ETH)
🛡️ acting as the custodian, Yorkville America Digital is the fund sponsor. Assets will be securely stored in cold wallets, completely separate from other customer accounts.
📈 The net asset value (NAV) is based on the CME CF index of BTC & ETH.
