Coinsilium subsidiary Forza raised $3.8 million by issuing additional shares to increase its Bitcoin holdings.

According to monitoring, the UK listed company Coinsilium Group's subsidiary Forza raised approximately $3.8 million by issuing a total of 15,486,111 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of zero at a price of £0.18 per share, to increase its holdings in Bitcoin.
