Jin10 data reported on July 11 that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated in an interview with American media on the 10th local time that he hopes to reach an agreement on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of hostages in the coming days. Netanyahu said that Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) might first reach a 60-day ceasefire agreement, during which Hamas would release a batch of hostages. Both sides will continue negotiations to end the conflict during the 60-day ceasefire period. He stated that if Hamas disarms, the conflict could end today or tomorrow. Since the 6th of this month, Israel and Hamas have engaged in a new round of indirect negotiations in Qatar's capital, Doha, on issues such as the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of hostages.
