More details revealed by the media about the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists.
ChainCatcher news reported that Channel 12 in Israel revealed more details about the assassination operation against Iranian nuclear scientists on the night of June 19, local time. The operation, codenamed "Narnia", took place from the evening of June 12 to the early morning of June 13 local time. The operation began with the assassination of nine of Iran's top 10 nuclear scientists, who were killed by a "special weapon", but the details of the weapon were forbidden to the outside world. The 10th nuclear scientist was also killed shortly after the other 9 died. These nuclear scientists were all killed while they were sleeping. Israel's decision to take action against the scientists at the same time is to ensure that the operation does not slip through the cracks. Israel has been closely tracking the movements of Iranian nuclear scientists for years, and the 10 killed were added to the assassination list last November. Reports cite a senior Israeli official as saying that Israeli intelligence agencies consider the assassination of the nuclear scientist to be the most important part of "Operation Narnia," as Iranian military leaders and facilities are easier to replace or repair, while the knowledge of the nuclear scientist takes much longer to regain.
