Golden Finance reported that Bitwise CEO Hunter Horsley stated on the X platform that in the past, "regulatory uncertainty" was the biggest obstacle for Bitcoin investors, but the situation in 2025 is completely different. This is a significant change, but the impact on the market has not yet fully manifested.
