Baotou Steel Co., Ltd.: The price of rare earth concentrate related party transactions for the second quarter of 2025 is adjusted to 18,825 yuan/ton, excluding tax.
Jin10 data reported on April 9, Baogang Co., Ltd. announced that according to the rare earth concentrate price adjustment mechanism and calculation formula approved at the company's 2022 annual shareholders' meeting, the company intends to adjust the related transaction price of rare earth concentrate for the second quarter of 2025 to 18825 yuan/ton (excluding tax, dry weight, REO=50%). For every 1% increase or decrease in REO, the price excluding tax will increase or decrease by 376.50 yuan/ton.
