Based on the price of Ethereum at $3,850, the current market capitalization of its holdings is approximately $270 million. In addition, the official stated that BTCS has successfully completed the issuance of $10 million Convertible Bond. The conversion price for this financing is $13 per share, which is a 198% premium over BTCS's closing price on July 18, 2025.
